Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality learning materials across eLearning, facilitator-led, blended and microlearning formats.
Translate complex technical or procedural content into clear, engaging learning experiences using evidence-based instructional design principles.
Implement modern learning technologies, including eLearning authoring tools (EasyGenerator, Articulate) and LMS content integration via SuccessFactors.
Develop and maintain instructional design standards, frameworks, templates, storyboards, and assessment instruments.
Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Site Business Partners, Legal, and Internal Affairs to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and quality.
Manage external vendors and oversee outsourced content development to ensure alignment with learning objectives and standards.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, reviews, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.
Measure effectiveness of learning solutions and continuously improve content using learner feedback, analytics, and performance data.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in instructional design, education, learning & development, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in designing both classroom and online learning programs.
Strong content development capability and the ability to simplify complex information.
Excellent project management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer service focus.
