Responsibilities
Identify and qualify candidates using our digital tools and artificial intelligence.
Manage a high volume of recruitments with rigor and responsiveness.
Oversee the start of assignments, from candidate confirmation through onboarding (briefings, informational SMS, etc.).
Handle emergencies and unexpected situations by quickly finding appropriate solutions.
Follow client processes and requirements while maintaining a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methods to optimize recruitment productivity and quality.
Requirements
Ideally you have initial experience in high-volume recruitment or in the hospitality sector and are resourceful, highly motivated, and detail-oriented, with an interest in Gojob’s industry.
You enjoy challenges and have a hunter mindset to consistently find the best candidates for our clients’ job offers.
Comfortable in digital environments, you easily master computer tools.
You don’t mind being on the phone all day and can inspire candidates to join the Gojobber community.
You have excellent command of French (spoken and written).
