Responsibilities
Responsible for marketing activities and community management around technology, industry, careers, and recruiting
Manage targeted campaigns including associated monitoring, analysis, and reporting – both B2B and B2C
Develop social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
Create audience-appropriate content in various formats such as blogs, videos, and podcasts
Use SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and reach
Develop and manage innovative marketing campaigns using automation tools
Create concepts for career fairs and design experiences that deliver real added value and new perspectives
Work closely with Media Sales & Events, Digital Media, and Editorial teams and manage agencies and service providers
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training in business administration and/or media management with a focus on marketing—ideally digital and performance marketing
Several years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a technical or digital environment
Experience in event marketing is an advantage
Strong digital affinity and a keen interest in new technologies and trends
Hands-on mentality, high commitment, pragmatic approach
Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
Creativity, conceptual strength, and analytical thinking
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Analytics for data analysis and monitoring
