Responsibilities
Responsible for finding new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments and ISV ecosystems
Manage the negotiation process for partner agreements
Maintain intimate knowledge of current and future products
Scope potential partnerships
Engage and/or develop deep relationships with external parties
Assist in deployment execution
Promote growth across a cross-functional team
Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas
Act as representative at trade shows
Conduct C level presentations
Maintain partner interaction records and process new partner account documents
Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
Build and maintain partner relationships, internal and external
Gain an understanding of product solutions and to conduct a complete demonstration within 60 days of hire
Requirements
Experience with Financial Institutions
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent
Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience
Preferred Experience in Financial Technology industry
