About the role
- Assistente de Sistemas responsible for support and development of ERP Protheus at Grupo Trigo. Seek someone analytical and collaborative to improve systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support for Protheus;
- Provide first-level support for key modules such as Finance, Purchasing, Inventory & Cost, Billing, Accounting, Tax Books, and Fixed Assets;
- Create simple SQL queries;
- Map and track recurring errors and incidents;
- Document solutions and assist in creating operational manuals;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive solutions aligned with company objectives;
- Participate in implementation, technical support, and post-implementation activities, providing effective solutions to issues;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Development in ADVPL;
- Perform fixes and small developments in ADVPL under guidance from mid-level and senior analysts;
- Maintain entry points, functions, and existing customizations;
- Support the creation of new routines, reports, integrations, and ERP improvements;
- Manage code versioning using repositories (TDS, Git, or other tools);
- Assist in executing unit tests and user acceptance testing (UAT) with end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field;
- Preferred experience with development and implementation of the Protheus (TOTVS) ERP, with work in modules such as Billing, Inventory, Purchasing, Financial, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Tax (Fiscal), and Production Planning and Control (PCP);
- Knowledge of RM (TOTVS) system is a plus.
