Responsibilities
Manage marketing campaigns and projects end-to-end, from planning through execution and results analysis;
Work directly with franchisees, restaurant teams, suppliers, external partners and various internal areas (Branding, Media, CRM, R&D, Purchasing and Logistics);
Maintain clear, respectful and empathetic communication, aligning expectations, facilitating processes and ensuring smooth delivery of outputs;
Monitor the performance of each initiative, analyze results using data, and propose improvements when necessary;
Participate in tactical alignment meetings and contribute ideas and creative solutions to the team’s challenges;
Stay informed on market trends and consumer behavior, providing insights to keep the brand relevant and close to the audience;
Organize and execute events aimed at strengthening brand presence and creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint;
Basic knowledge of Power BI;
Basic design skills;
Familiarity with Canva;
Availability to travel.
