About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for Protheus;
- Provide first-level support for main modules such as: Finance, Purchasing, Inventory and Costing, Billing, Accounting, Tax Books and Fixed Assets;
- Create simple SQL queries;
- Map recurring errors and incidents;
- Document solutions and assist in creating operational manuals;
- Work with cross-functional teams to create cohesive solutions aligned with company objectives;
- Participate in system implementation, technical support and post-implementation activities, providing effective solutions to issues;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area;
- Development in ADVPL;
- Perform fixes and small developments in ADVPL under the guidance of mid-level and senior analysts;
- Maintain existing entry points, functions and customizations;
- Support the construction of new routines, reports, integrations and ERP improvements;
- Version code using repositories (TDS, Git or other tools);
- Assist in executing unit tests and user acceptance testing (UAT) with users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields;
- Preferred experience in development and implementation of the Protheus ERP (Totvs), with experience in the Billing, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Tax/Fiscal and PCP (Production Planning) modules;
- Knowledge of the RM system (Totvs) is a plus.
