Responsibilities
Grow Givaudan Fine Fragrance business in Philippines with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines.
Build engagement with local customers and support our development and perfumery team.
Define account, segment strategy, needs, targets, and priorities to win business.
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations.
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission.
Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production.
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines.
Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget for main accounts.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within the Fragrance industry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proven track record in building a pipeline of fragrance-related projects, including securing new business and leading project execution.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and business development.
Solid understanding of consumer and market trends in the fragrance sector.
Genuine passion for Fine Fragrance.
Skill in determining fragrance notes upon smelling and evaluation would be beneficial.
