Responsibilities
Managing our existing customers 🤝 – You take over high-quality leads and loyal customers directly, without having to start with cold calling → quick wins guaranteed
Acquiring new customers & properties – You actively expand your portfolio
Documentation & proposal management 📊 – With our modern cloud ERP solution (Odoo) you professionally manage your sales opportunities – always supported by our office team
Building & maintaining networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network around the gastronomy sector and help to further develop it
Team interaction 👥 – Close collaboration with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, security & plenty of learning opportunities
Intensive onboarding 🚀 – Through experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits and our e-learning platform you'll quickly be equipped to manage your own projects
Shaping digitalization 💡 – You accompany your customers through their digital transformation and present smart solutions & options

Requirements
Completed commercial or sales-related training – or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in sales (approx. 2 years) desirable
Communicative & persuasive – you can inspire people
Goal-oriented, motivated & friendly – with a positive presence and a passion for achieving results
Open-minded & eager to learn – you tackle tasks proactively
Confident written and verbal communication skills ✍️
Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Teams
Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent
