Responsibilities
The PT Marketing Leader is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, assessing and analyzing market trends, and implementing related marketing communications activities to support Power Transmission's growth targets
Build a global 10-year view of customer needs and industry players
Increase the effectiveness of business development and sales activities
Manage the Product Marketing Communication plan for Power Transmission
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or Engineering, with a strong affinity for or pronounced interest in technical subjects
Specific product knowledge is desirable but not mandatory
Minimum 5 years' experience leading a B2B marketing organization
Experience in the energy sector, demonstrated by a solid understanding of customer needs and industry trends
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and management skills
Strong customer orientation
Proficiency in English; good knowledge of French and/or German
Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, sales platforms, etc.)
