About the role
- Werkstudent:in Ad Operations assisting in retail campaigns for Bring! Labs AG. Responsible for setting up, optimizing, and analyzing digital retail advertisements in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- You will technically set up new retail campaigns in a structured and reliable manner
- You monitor active campaigns, optimize them using data, and ensure maximum performance
- You analyze, report on, and present results with actionable insights
- You coordinate the delivery of ad creatives and tracking with clients and agencies — communication is your strength
- You work closely with our Sales team and actively contribute your ideas
- Last but not least, you support your Ad Operations team colleagues with various daily tasks
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Some practical experience is an advantage but not required
- You enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- You are organized, think analytically, and enjoy managing tasks efficiently
- You enjoy working with digital tools, love numbers, and are fully focused on the task at hand
- You are reliable, detail-oriented, and always on point
- You speak fluent German and have solid English skills
