Responsibilities
Ejecutar y coordinar todas las etapas del onboarding, asegurando accesos, equipos, información y sesiones de bienvenida.
Atender consultas del cliente interno relacionadas con procesos, accesos, clima y operación del Employee Journey.
Gestionar comunicaciones internas claras y oportunas: correos, señalética, pantallas e intranet.
Coordinar kits de bienvenida, merchandising y relación con proveedores junto a Branding.
Planificar y ejecutar la logística de eventos corporativos, actividades culturales y ferias laborales.
Mantener información actualizada en intranet, asegurando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de SLA.
Requirements
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en Desarrollo Organizacional.
Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial o Ingeniería Industrial.
Comunicaciones internas/externas, Branding, office management u organización de eventos.
Experiencia real y comprobable en actividades extracurriculares relevantes (scout, centros de alumnos, deportes colectivos, ayudantías u organización de actividades).
Manejo de Illustrator.
Experiencia previa en empresas de crecimiento acelerado o participación en ferias laborales o actividades internas.
