Responsibilities
Perform advanced analysis to uncover root causes and drive efficiency within the SMB sales teams and supporting operations.
Ensure the continuous and equitable flow of leads and accounts.
Troubleshoot tools and provide insights through local reporting and SFDC dashboard updates.
Manage the internal process documentation library.
Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional partners like Product Management, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Value Team, Marketing, and Learning & Development.
Requirements
3-5 years of business analysis experience working with stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
Experience in a Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Operations role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Proven ability to quickly learn new software and technologies in a constantly evolving tool ecosystem.
Excellent data analysis skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, functions).
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
A process-driven mindset with a proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
