About the role
- Internship position focused on assisting municipal government clients in project activities at Geopixel. Requires students in Administration, Management or similar fields.
Responsibilities
- Work in the projects area, supporting activities for municipal government clients.
- Manage and record electronic timekeeping entries.
- Monitor employee absences and leaves.
- Provide hybrid (in-person and remote) support to employees (administrative assistance and inquiries).
- Communicate with various company departments as needed.
- Manage vacation tracking.
- Assist in preparing spreadsheets, reports and charts.
- Monitor activities and performance indicators.
- Collect, verify and organize documents and procedures.
- Complete forms.
- Support the management of the operations department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Management or related fields.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.
