Responsibilities
Setting the direction and design of Group leadership development, moving from externally led delivery to a high‑quality in‑house model
Facilitating senior and executive‑level leadership programmes
Acting as a trusted advisor and internal consultant, supporting leaders with leadership, capability and talent challenges
Translating external best practice and market insight into practical, embedded internal solutions
Designing leadership programmes aligned to external accreditation standards (ILM or equivalent)
Measuring and evidencing leadership development impact, ROI and behavioural change
Managing and optimising relationships with external providers, ensuring value and return on investment
Supporting Group‑wide talent management and succession planning initiatives
Requirements
A senior leadership development professional with both external and internal facilitation experience
Someone who has operated in a consultancy or advisory capacity, either externally or in-house
Proven experience designing leadership development for senior leaders within complex organisations
Proven external and internal facilitation experience, with the ability to operate credibly at senior and executive level
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) and formal learning theory qualifications
Experience delivering experiential, applied learning that drives real behaviour change.
