Responsibilities
- Performs training needs assessments
- Analyzes best methods to effectively deploy training
- Designs, develops, coordinates, schedules, and implements training content
- Ensures a consistent learning experience across the organization
- Evaluates training needs and assesses training programs
- Develops and delivers in-house training programs, classes, exams and evaluations
- Serves as primary point of contact for vendor training
- Creates and manages instructional materials
- Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy
- Organizes and facilitates onboarding sessions for new hires
- Manages logistics for training sessions
- Solicits feedback for and evaluates training effectiveness
- Administers Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintains training records and documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Two (2) years or more of experience required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Travel: Up to 40%
