Responsibilities
Performs training needs assessments
Analyzes best methods to effectively deploy training
Designs, develops, coordinates, schedules, and implements training content
Ensures a consistent learning experience across the organization
Evaluates training needs and assesses training programs
Develops and delivers in-house training programs, classes, exams and evaluations
Serves as primary point of contact for vendor training
Creates and manages instructional materials
Collaborates with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy
Organizes and facilitates onboarding sessions for new hires
Manages logistics for training sessions
Solicits feedback for and evaluates training effectiveness
Administers Learning Management System (LMS)
Maintains training records and documentation
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Two (2) years or more of experience required
Valid Driver's License required
Travel: Up to 40%
