About the role
- Consultor de Projetos de Inovação focusing on PD&I in Chemical and Bioeconomy sectors. Supporting clients in project identification and structuring while contributing to tax incentives.
Responsibilities
- Describe and structure Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I) projects;
- Lead low- to medium-complexity projects, with support from management;
- Support the preparation and technical defense of projects related to tax and financial incentives (such as Lei do Bem, Informatics Law, MOVER and funding programs);
- Participate in technical meetings with clients to understand scope, collect information and assess project eligibility;
- Perform technical analyses and expenditure justifications related to R&D&I activities;
- Contribute to the preparation of project budgets and physical-financial schedules (work plans and cash flows);
- Monitor the technical progress of projects, ensuring alignment with the approved scope;
- Complete and review technical information in accountability reports and funding systems;
- Prepare technical documents and administrative defenses, subsequently reviewed by management;
- Record project information in institutional systems and platforms.
Requirements
- Experience identifying and structuring innovation projects;
- Ability to lead technical meetings with clients to collect information;
- Knowledge of tax incentives and innovation support programs;
- Ability to conduct market research and technological innovation analyses;
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related fields;
- Strong technical or scientific writing skills;
- Interest in technological innovation and industrial development;
- 2 to 4 years of experience in R&D, innovation or technology project activities, preferably in industry or research institutions.
