Responsibilities
Point of contact for facility management
Management of external service providers, including soliciting quotes and contract management
Administration of lease and utility contracts as well as reconciliation of service charges
Review of invoices and monitoring of statutory inspection requirements
Support for construction projects and handling of defect lists and inspection reports (e.g., TÜV, occupational safety)
Participation in risk assessments and workplace safety briefings
Administrative support for the head of the administration group
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with a focus on facility management or property administration
Experience collaborating with service providers and in contract and billing review
Current knowledge of the VOB (German Contracting Rules for Award of Public Works), particularly contract law related to deadlines, acceptance and defect claims
Confident use of MS Office and an affinity for digitizing existing processes
Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
