Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and strategically developing a key account portfolio
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Identifying and developing new market and business opportunities

Preparing monthly forecasts for incoming orders and revenue

Maintaining the CRM in accordance with company guidelines
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, sales, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in sales and key account management, ideally in the rail or public transport (ÖPNV) sector
Strong sensitivity to customer needs
Confident presence at decision‑maker level
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Structured, independent, and goal‑oriented working style
Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
