About the role

Responsibilities
- You will be the engine of growth for the region, identifying new business opportunities and managing key accounts with a proactive, strategic, and highly mobile mindset.
- Actively scout and open new end-customer accounts. This role requires a high frequency of monthly face-to-face client visits.
- Implement customer and segment strategies, developing comprehensive annual account and business plans.
- Orchestrate the project lifecycle by aligning internal stakeholders to ensure "wins" and successful product launches.
- Lead complex negotiations for annual contracts and high-volume spot business.
- Partner with the customer's R&D and technical teams to discuss product applications, adding value through expertise while maintaining a sharp focus on the final sale.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide market feedback and drive innovation based on client needs.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience within the Colors and/or food ingredients industry.
- A background in R&D is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated success in growing account portfolios and leading innovation sessions with clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Food Science, or a related field.
- Bilingual English (essential for reporting and multinational coordination).
