Responsibilities
Lead the identification, prioritization, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the S2P process and procurement tool landscape
Analyze end‑to‑end workflows, identify inefficiencies, and derive data‑based improvement actions
Drive cross‑functional collaboration and lead teams in executing improvement projects
Define, maintain, and deploy global S2P process and system standards, ensuring documentation and training materials are up to date
Act as process steward for business as usual operations and ensure adherence to global standards across entities (focus: Europe)
Serve as system expert for procurement tools, ensuring standardized, compliant, and harmonized usage
Promote continuous‑improvement culture by enabling best practices, structured methodologies, and capability building
Support transformation and change initiatives as a process Subject Matter Expert , including fit‑gap analysis, testing preparation, and process readiness
Act as SAP data responsible for Global Procurement, including SAP user creation, role assignment, and risk‑mitigation tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in operational procurement or business process management
Strong expertise with SAP MM and procurement‑related ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA)
Initial experience with process improvement or transformation projects; cross‑functional project leadership is beneficial
Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end S2P process and familiarity with SRM tools (SAP Ariba is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience interpreting process KPIs; process‑mining knowledge preferred
Basic skills in process modeling, documentation, and change‑management methods
Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, organizational and project‑management skills
Fluent English, high IT affinity, structured working style, and willingness to travel within Europe (~10%)
