Responsibilities
Proactive management and development of our existing customers
Personal, respectful, peer-level customer contact
Accurate documentation and maintenance of all customer interactions in HubSpot
Optimization of existing Customer Happiness and service processes
Onboarding of new customers, including individualized support
Identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with the Sales & Product teams
Collecting, analyzing, and sharing customer feedback
Proactive thinking, contributing, and improving — not just 'working through tasks'
Requirements
Experience in B2B Customer Success, Customer Happiness, Account Management, or Service
Ideally experience in staffing/personnel services, recruiting, or freelancing
Enjoyment of genuine customer contact and relationship-building
Structured work approach and enthusiasm for process optimization
Experience with HubSpot
Strong communication skills; empathetic and solution-oriented
Enthusiasm for topics such as New Work, work–life balance, and modern work environments
