- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights that strengthen competitiveness and support decision-making.
- Improve sales data quality and reporting in collaboration with Pricing, IT and other departments.
- Coordinate cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth commercial execution and alignment.
- Monitor and report key KPIs (revenue, margin, efficiency) and drive continuous performance improvements.
- Enhance internal workflows and support standardization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to long-term commercial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring the right competencies and continuous growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial Planning roles.
- Solid understanding of commercial and sales operations processes, including pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
- Experience with inventory monitoring and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with high attention to detail and a data quality mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or reporting tools is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and structure work efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience guiding or developing team members.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
