About the role

• Director of Engineering & Delivery overseeing multi-platform digital product organization at FOX Television Stations. Leading engineering, PMO, and QA initiatives for scalable digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• lead engineering teams across Web, Mobile, CTV, and API services
• ensure scalable, maintainable, performant systems that support streaming and content delivery at scale
• drive down technical debt while maintaining delivery velocity
• own end-to-end delivery execution for product initiatives
• oversee QA under a dedicated QA Lead
• drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows
• build a culture that is product-minded, accountable, collaborative, and high-ownership

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience
• multi-platform digital products experience
• focus on Reactjs, React Native, Roku, Swift/Kotlin, and Go languages
• experience leading engineering in media, streaming, consumer tech, or high-scale digital environments
• proven ability to improve execution rigor and delivery predictability
• experience overseeing PMO or delivery organizations
• strong understanding of mobile, web, backend architectures, and streaming ecosystems
• demonstrated success driving modernization initiatives (automation, AI adoption, DevOps improvements)
• strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
