Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth across all broadcast platforms.
  • Oversee the development and execution of innovative sales strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local and regional advertisers.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and analytics to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have education in sales, advertising, marketing, communication and/or public relations; previous working experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Previous experience developing and leading a sales team strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of effective business development and account management, with a customer focused approach to sales and service.
  • Excellent communication and technological skills.
  • Highly motivated and organized.
  • Flexibility to travel, as necessary, to regional sales territories to develop and maintain strong and effective advertising relationships.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a driving record that is insurable by the company, and an acceptable level of vehicle insurance as required.
