Responsibilities
Design Supervisor, Low Voltage Power Supply Core Batteries, Starters, Alternators.
Lead a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to the design, development, and implementation of advanced low-voltage power supply component hardware.
Develop 12V Lead Acid Batteries & Sodium Ion Batteries.
Lead the team on Starter Motor, Alternator, and Belt Integrated Starter Generators.
Pioneer innovative solutions that enhance vehicle-level efficiency and meet stringent functional attributes.
Requirements
A Bachelor's of Science in Engineering. Special interest in Mechanical & Chemical Engineering.
Experience and deep knowledge of Low Voltage Batteries, Chemical & Mechanical design. Electro-Mechanical background in motors & generators is a plus.
Demonstrated success in leading Components through the launch process to production, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
5+ years of experience delivering Batteries/Motors/Generators to production.
5+ years of experience in component design and release is highly desired.
Proven cross-functional leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with senior leadership.
A self-motivated approach with the ability to define strategic plans and proficiently manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
A strong cost and quality mindset, applied to both process optimization and product delivery.
A Master's of Science in Engineering. Special interest in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering (even better).
Experience with Vehicle Program execution and delivery (even better).
Knowledge and practical experience with Lead Acid and Sodium-ion battery technology (even better). Electro-Mechanical background in motors & generators is a plus (even better).
5+ years experience in advanced research and development (even better).
