Marketing Specialist responsible for executing marketing materials and event integration for Ford Racing Parts. Leading cross-functional teams and managing content creation and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
Direct the 12-month Ford Racing Parts master marketing calendar and FRP marketing budget, ensuring strategic fund allocation, ROI tracking, and agency/vendor management.
Lead cross-functional alignment meetings between engineering, planning, and creative teams to ensure marketing readiness meets technical launch timelines.
Track FRP release status, ensuring marketing assets and photo shoots are completed on time and accurately to support product on sale date. Manage monthly photo shoot tracker, procure parts for shoots and lead agency staff in completion of asset collection to support product launch.
Translate complex engineering data and mechanical specifications into consumer-friendly marketing content for legacy and next-generation performance parts.
Ensure 100% brand consistency messaging and legal compliance (CARB) across all creative assets and technical documentation.
Oversee the Ford Racing Parts website including updates, technical IT tickets, and the management of product imagery/copy for e-commerce and internal platforms.
Maintain the Ford Racing Parts web presence by managing promotional banners, digital assets, and catalog updates and changes for accuracy.
Manage the "Build Request" ecosystem, vetting and selecting strategic partnerships with influencers and resto-mod builders to align with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with builders to integrate featured vehicles into social media campaigns, media drives, and major industry events. Review and approve build requests and report postmortem analysis of request with respect to ROI.
Develop and distribute Hero cards and high impact marketing materials for the Ford Authorized Distributor (FAD), Warehouse Distributor (WD), and Dealer networks.
Synchronize marketing pushes with supply chain and warehouse inventory to maximize sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
Spearhead logistics for FRP specific events, including vehicle displays, technical placards, and on-site collateral.
Partner with Ford Brand social and communications teams to amplify product launches and awareness.
Maintain the ability to quickly react to shifting engineering timelines and market demands, recalibrating complex marketing efforts in real time.
Ideation and development of marketing materials to directly support financial objectives for Ford Racing Parts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects and deliver superior results on a timely basis
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to deliver major projects and develop team One Ford behaviors
Strong written & verbal skills to prepare, present, & communicate project status and results regularly
Strong decision-making skills
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Understanding of Vehicle Personalization and FRP business
Strong product and branding knowledge preferred
Ability to interact with all levels of Management
Ability to develop creative solutions to grow sales and increase awareness
Ability to motivate a widely diverse team of Ford and Agency personnel utilizing strong relationship skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
