Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Music Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners on artist marketing plans
  • Work with partners across various teams to create integrated go-to-market plans
  • Track success of campaigns across channels and report back
  • Oversee artist support across key channels
  • Work with Rights & Clearance team for licensing requests
  • Assist Operations Manager in creating efficiencies and maintaining budgets
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing or partnerships role within the music or entertainment space
  • Highly organized and effective communicator
  • Proactive and action oriented; seeks to find solutions
  • Curious, creative, unafraid to take calculated risks
  • Comfortable with travel when needed for content shoots
  • Excellent attention to detail and mix of analytical and creative thinking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
