Responsibilities
Develop and execute the holistic omnichannel strategy to optimize GTM performance in communities
Create omnichannel strategies to maximize impact
Ensure experience consistency across all touchpoints
Manage local activation in Falcon communities
Coordinate launches and local initiatives
Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination
Develop playbooks for training and support
Coordinate marketing assets for channels, partners, influencers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, communication, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, channel management, or commercial activation
Demonstrated experience in event management and local activation
Knowledge of omnichannel strategies and digital sales transformation
Experience in cross-functional coordination
Experience with project and event management tools
Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing platforms
Data analysis and performance measurement skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate with multiple departments
Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Creativity and ability to propose innovative ideas
Adaptability and change management
Bilingual in English and French
