- Build a culture where the CFO and Senior Finance Leadership Team serve as the primary faculty.

Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in Talent Management, Finance, or Strategy. Preference for candidates who have "grown up" in or led L&D within a recognized "Academy Company" or a top-tier Management Consultancy
- A deep understanding of FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, and Shared Services is essential to maintain credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change or capability transformations in a global, matrixed environment.
- MBA or Advanced Degree in Finance, Organizational Development, or a related field.
