Responsibilities
Conduct active prospecting for new clients in the retail sector.
Schedule and conduct onsite visits to present the ERP.
Map clients' pain points, challenges and needs, presenting appropriate solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and follow through until closing.
Build, manage and keep the sales pipeline up to date.
Record all activities and progress in the CRM.
Represent the company at trade shows, events and commercial activities when required.
Stay up to date on retail trends and management technologies.
Requirements
Experience in field or consultative sales, preferably in technology, software or B2B services.
Knowledge or experience with ERP or retail solutions (a plus).
Strong skills in sales presentations, negotiation and solution demonstrations.
Proactive, communicative and target-oriented profile.
Availability for travel and onsite visits.
Valid driver's license (category B) and own vehicle.
