About the role
- Senior Project Coordinator responsible for project scheduling and logistics management at TechnipFMC in Krakow. Overseeing project execution and intercompany deliveries in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform all activities in accordance with Global Business Management System
- Create and follow-up project schedule
- Create and follow-up Service Orders and Sales Orders
- Create production orders
- Manage stock transfer orders
- Request CPI and/or Rental Equipment
- Check spare parts availability
- Issue required transport documentation
- Inform workshop about planned service orders, changes in basic start / finish dates according to customer requirement
- Follow up intercompany deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Project Planning, Logistics, Production Planning, Project Management or similar
- Min. +/- 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, planning, maintenance, execution or project management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
- Very good command of English
- Good communication skills and team-player spirit
- Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data
- Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
- Willingness to work 4 days in a week from our office
