About the role
- Manager, Implementation Project Manager leading onboarding of new financial advisors to Fidelity's platform. Ensuring seamless transitions and supporting existing client conversions in the financial services sector.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new Fidelity Registered Investment Advisors.
- Supporting existing advisors who are converting a book of business onto the platform.
- Leading mid-level to large Implementation Projects by going onsite to advisor offices to support client conversion projects or breakaway conversions.
- The Manager, Implementation Project Management will ensure the seamless transition of Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) onto the Fidelity platform.
- This includes implementing client relationships with minimal direction, developing the new relationships, and leading the overall Implementation process and conversion of asset.
- The Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management will be required to handle mid-level to large deals with and may assist on larger, more sophisticated clients.
Requirements
- Series 7 required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in financial services industry.
- Including experience in the institutional or high net worth client management or relationship building role
- Strong knowledge of the Fidelity business segments; understanding of the industry, financial markets, and competitor influences
- Experience with a full breadth of investment solutions, products and services provided to Fidelity clients
