Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Management, or related fields). Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Sustainability is a plus.
- Senior Experience: Proven track record in managing complex projects, preferably with urban, logistics, or ESG interfaces.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel (data modeling) and proficiency in project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar).
- Agile Mindset: Practical experience with frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) applied in dynamic contexts, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Soft Skills: Solution-oriented profile with excellent negotiation skills and systemic thinking (connecting operational details to business objectives).
