- Prepare, monitor, and revise executive schedules, ensuring adherence to critical milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain strict cost control, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Track, consolidate, and report project progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous alignment.
- Manage internal and external teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, safety, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable legislation, and corporate policies, including requirements typical of Vale industrial projects.
- Lead technical, status, and alignment meetings, ensuring clarity and strategic direction.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure efficient, safe execution within contractual assumptions.
- Develop, review, and optimize processes, workflows, and methodologies applicable to project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields) and/or Business Administration.
- Solid experience coordinating engineering projects in industrial environments.
- Advanced proficiency in cost management, scheduling, and scope control.
- Strong knowledge of process management and project methodologies (PMI, Lean, etc.).
- Knowledge of electrical systems will be an important differential.
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Preferably experienced with the project management methodologies and routines used by Vale.
