About the role

• Project Manager overseeing and coordinating the implementation of Revenue to Cash initiatives. Driving transformation efforts within Flutter Finance to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and maintenance of integrated project plans, schedules, and milestones, liaising closely with key stakeholders across the programme.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Support the PMO and RTC function with governance and risk management
• Engage stakeholders within RTC & manage the plans to support effective delivery of the project outcomes
• Co-ordinate the activities, scheduling of workshops and meetings across multiple stakeholders
• Input to and align with appropriate governance structures, reporting processes, project management tools with risk, issues and dependencies managed
• Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and support for project initiatives.
• Manage risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue logs.
• Ensure project quality excellence.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Thorough understanding of the RTC lifecycle and processes.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adjust priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Clear and concise communication skills to influence and inform stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong project management experience with Prince or PMP qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management tools and PowerPoint skills
• Strong relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Superb organisational skills, Self-starter
• Experience in finance organisation transformation is preferred
