Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and improve dashboards across revenue teams using tools like Salesforce, Metabase, and Google Sheets
Own monthly commission calculations for Sales and CS teams and manage monthly customer cashback calculations
Support pipeline reporting, funnel analysis, and forecasting workflows
Monitor and improve data quality across revenue systems
Create and maintain process documentation for reporting methodologies, metric definitions, and calculation workflows
Requirements
2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar function at a tech or SaaS company
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting tools
Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy and process integrity
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear takeaways for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Haves:
SQL proficiency
Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Hightouch, Fivetran)
Familiarity with commission/incentive calculation workflows
Experience at a high-growth startup (Series B–D stage)
