About the role

  • Revenue Operations leader establishing operational efficiency and driving business growth in a fintech company, collaborating across teams to enhance revenue operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve the Revenue Operations structure
  • Ensure integration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Architecture & Integrations, Product and Finance
  • Establish management rituals, KPI governance and operational discipline
  • Structure governance of the commercial pipeline (quality, reliability, consistency)
  • Develop forecasting models to increase revenue predictability
  • Support leadership in setting targets and assessing performance by vertical/segment
  • Connect commercial growth to economic value creation
  • Monitor profitability by customer/segment
  • Identify contracts with negative margins or at risk
  • Support commercial and pricing policies
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales → revenue journey
  • Reduce operational friction between sales and activation (in partnership with Finance and Product)
  • Structure the Revenue organization’s data model
  • Build dashboards for pipeline, conversion, productivity, expansion and profitability
  • Transform operational data into strategic intelligence
  • Support training, processes and value proposition for commercial and customer success teams
  • Define priority ICP, account segmentation and portfolio prioritization
  • Reflect segmentation in the commercial operation
  • Support the company’s verticalization
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell and opportunity re-engagement opportunities
  • Lead and develop the RevOps team (clarity, discipline, analytical standards)
  • Balance long-term structural initiatives with critical operational demands
  • Create a partnership culture with Revenue areas (RevOps as enablement and intelligence)

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations or equivalent roles in B2B technology companies
  • Experience in high-growth environments or organizational transformation
  • Experience with revenue planning, pipeline management and commercial performance metrics
  • Advanced analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business, product and technology teams
  • Experience in fintech, payments or financial infrastructure
  • Experience in SaaS companies or B2B technology platforms
  • Experience in companies operating with market verticalization or multiple business units
  • Experience in environments that require strong data discipline and commercial governance
