Responsibilities
- Ensure stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of Microsoft 365 services
- Continuously advance the M365 platform, taking adjacent technologies into account: in particular Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and hybrid operating models
- Coordinate technical, organizational, and security-related requirements around the M365 service
- Work closely with internal business units and IT stakeholders
- Manage external service providers and coordinate interfaces
- Responsible for governance, lifecycle, compliance, and user adoption topics
- Provide technical leadership for the operational tasks of a four-person team (without disciplinary management responsibility)
Requirements
- Completed degree with an IT focus, an IT-related vocational qualification, or equivalent practical professional experience
- Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment, both in operational support and in platform development
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as experience with project management methods and agile working practices
- Process-oriented mindset and ability to set priorities in a structured way
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Team-oriented, solution-focused working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong service orientation and organizational skills
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
