Requirements
2+ years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing or Key Account support within FMCG, beauty or personal care
Exposure to retail environments such as specialty, pharmacy/drugstore or perfumery
Understanding of retail calendars, promotional mechanics and trade marketing levers
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Structured, hands-on mindset to combine strategy and execution
Proactive and collaborative approach
Fluent Italian and English writing and speaking skills
