About the role

• Process Manager Logistics at flaconi, enhancing operations and processes within the Fulfillment Team. Focused on KPI analysis and collaboration across teams for successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• You identify process improvements within our operational business together with Site Management and the Operations Excellence team in Berlin.
• In addition, you analyze and determine further improvement potentials for relevant KPIs / control models such as SLAs, efficiency metrics, cut-off times, and CPO.
• You independently manage projects and process changes in the operational business.
• You work closely with the Operations Manager, Site Management, the Operations Excellence team and other departments such as Supply Chain Management, Data and Analytics, and the Commercial team.
• You support operational leaders in prioritizing and organizing operational processes and planning methods.
• As part of the Operations Excellence team, you contribute to company-wide initiatives, ensure alignment of process standards across all warehouses, and drive cross-functional improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Logistics, Business, E‑Commerce or at least 2 years of professional experience in process or project management.
• Data- and numbers-driven working style and a results-oriented, pragmatic mindset with enthusiasm for making an impact.
• Experience with WMS systems and good knowledge of Google Workspace and SQL.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel to Berlin when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate closely with on-site warehouse teams and the Berlin-based Operations Excellence team.
