Responsibilities
- Responsible to serve as the client’s first, single and consistent point of contact
- Participate in Project Level meeting with agreed upon schedule to include the client and representatives of Fiserv – audience to be determined mutually
- Collate project information, accurately producing and presenting the following project-level reporting and tracking to appropriate audiences (Fiserv and Client)
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and meet objectives efficiently
- Communicate project updates, risks, and changes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Identify and manage potential project risks, adapting plans as needed to maintain project success
- Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
- Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
- Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
