Head of Operations responsible for leading Finora Bank’s operations across client onboarding, transaction processing, and operational excellence. Ensuring compliance and efficiency in banking operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop Finora’s Operations function across four core areas: Client Operations & Onboarding, Transaction Processing & Payments, Credit Operations, Deposit Operations
Oversee daily execution across payments, loan administration, account management, and customer data management
Ensure accurate transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting
Manage factoring and leasing operations within ERP, including deal processing, contract administration, and financial flows
Collaborate with IT and vendors to optimize system configurations and resolve operational issues
Design, document, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Define and track operational KPIs and conduct root cause analysis for operational incidents
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Information Systems, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a strong advantage
3–5+ years of progressive banking operations experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Hands-on experience with core banking systems (Temenos T24, Mambu, Nano, Tuum, or similar)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision, SAP, or similar)
Experience managing multi-functional operations teams within a regulated financial institution
Experience in a digital bank, fintech, or payment institution is highly desirable
Experience with payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, CentroLink) and Internet Banking platforms
Strong Excel and data analysis skills for operational reporting
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion)
