Requirements
Proven track record of winning new customers and building a region or territory in B2B sales.
Experience in intralogistics, automation, robotics, or another complex industrial environment.
Ability to turn customer interest into long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and independent way of working.
Strong communication and negotiation skills at different decision levels.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Germany.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and for changing how intralogistics works.
