Responsibilities
Create and run content across multiple social media platforms, with constant trend testing and format experimentation
Own the entire social media process; warm-ups, posting, community interaction, and clean archiving
Work side by side with the team on AI-powered visuals, video concepts, ad shoots, and editing workflows
Show up in short-form ads and social videos with strong energy and camera confidence when needed
Learn fast, test relentlessly, and improve channels through creative ideas backed by real data
Requirements
No prior professional experience required; previous experience in marketing, AI, or social media is a plus
Genuine curiosity about AI, social media, and internet culture
Comfort and confidence in front of the camera, especially for short-form video content
Interest in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of content and social media ideas
High energy, proactive attitude, and strong learning mindset
Strong motivation to grow, experiment, and improve
Willingness to focus time and creative energy on planning, producing, and executing social media strategies
Openness to feedback, coaching, and rapid skill development in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Availability to work at least a total of 3 days per week, with at least 2 days in the office
