About the role

• Senior Financial Analyst at Feel Alive contributing with accounting control and financial analysis. Collaborating with various teams in a hybrid work model from Campinas, São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and finalize amounts for invoicing (Fee and BV);
• Issue invoices and debit notes in accordance with applicable legislation, Formô, and B2B verticals;
• Review and audit tax entries and intercompany transactions (loans/current account);
• Support regulatory and administrative requests related to the tax area, when applicable;
• Monitor and support external accounting with monthly, quarterly, and annual routines;
• Renewal of digital certificates;
• Send, organize, and validate accounting and tax documents;
• Generate, control, and track tax payment forms and their due dates;
• Receive, review, and organize financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity) prepared by external accounting;
• Monitor monthly billing volumes by company and vertical for tax purposes (including Cena 5);
• Manage and maintain the project contracts database;
• Ensure organization, traceability, and compliance of tax and accounting information;
• Periodically validate inventories and relevant assets;
• Support financial internal audits and compliance analyses;
• Perform account reconciliations and similar activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, and/or Business Administration;
• Strong ability to understand and organize processes and workflows;
• Holistic view of the organization of accounting and tax processes;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction;
• Experience preparing and managing spreadsheets and accounting processes;
