About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to members for all administrative questions related to the group insurance plan
- Act as an intermediary and maintain regular communication with members and the insurer
- Analyze and process information received from members and make required adjustments using databases and internal information systems
- Calculate and prepare documents showing deductions and taxable benefits
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and renewals
- Support the setup of new members' plans
- Provide support to other team members for additional administrative tasks
Requirements
- College diploma in administration, human resources, insurance, or another field related to the role
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, or a related area
- Knowledge of government programs that affect group insurance (for example: prescription drug coverage, sickness/unemployment benefits, CNESST, etc.)
- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken
- Good command of common computer tools, including the MS Office suite (intermediate Excel)
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated discretion, diplomacy, and impeccable professionalism
- Empathy, courtesy, patience, and adaptability
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and rigor
