Responsibilities
- Perform configurations and parameterizations in the TOTVS RM modules: Inventory Management, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber), and Asset Management (RM Bonum);
- Map and optimize administrative and financial processes;
- Support internal users in system usage, ensuring improved process performance;
- Execute tests, validations, and acceptance of new rules and functionalities;
- Produce technical and operational documentation;
- Provide functional support and respond to support tickets.
Requirements
- Proven experience with TOTVS RM in the modules: Inventory Management, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber), and Asset Management (RM Bonum);
- Knowledge of administrative, financial, and/or accounting routines;
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with users;
- Knowledge of SQL and integrations.
- Experience in implementation or improvement projects on TOTVS RM;
