Responsibilities
Plan, execute and monitor IT projects related to the implementation and operation of operational units.
Coordinate the full implementation process for new units, from requirements analysis and document management to go-live.
Ensure adherence to corporate standards, governance best practices, compliance and quality.
Serve as the focal point between technical and operational areas, ensuring integration and alignment of implemented solutions.
Provide structured support for back-office requests (tax, finance, commercial, sales and system integrations).
Work collaboratively with business areas to prioritize requests, understand requirements and define solutions.
Track schedules, scope, risks, dependencies and project performance indicators.
Ensure clear, concise and continuous communication with all stakeholders involved.
Requirements
Academic degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or equivalent (including areas not directly related to IT).
Strong knowledge of Office 365.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar).
Minimum of 5 years acting as a project manager or business manager.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall).
Differentials
Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PRINCE2 or similar).
MBA or specialization in Projects, Management or related areas.
Experience in digital transformation projects and modernization of legacy systems.
Experience in physical and operational expansion projects, including implementation of new units, construction oversight and transitions to go-live.
