Responsibilities
Monitor, record, and correct electronic time clock entries
Maintain the timekeeping system (Sólides/Tangerino platforms)
Investigate and resolve discrepancies (absences, lateness, leave approvals, and time-bank adjustments)
Support managers and employees with questions about the timekeeping system and company policies
Add, remove, and manage benefits such as transit allowance, meal allowance, health and dental plans, life insurance, and various partnerships (using Flash, Otimo, Transfácil platforms)
Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues
Track processing deadlines and ensure employee records are up to date
Assist in communicating and guiding employees about the benefits offered
Provide general support to the HR/Payroll department
Conduct onboarding processes and support offboarding processes
Assist with employee inquiries
Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files and documents
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Knowledge of labor legislation
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel — basic to intermediate)
English or Spanish is a plus
