About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor, record, and correct electronic time clock entries
- Maintain the timekeeping system (Sólides/Tangerino platforms)
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies (absences, lateness, leave approvals, and time-bank adjustments)
- Support managers and employees with questions about the timekeeping system and company policies
- Add, remove, and manage benefits such as transit allowance, meal allowance, health and dental plans, life insurance, and various partnerships (using Flash, Otimo, Transfácil platforms)
- Liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues
- Track processing deadlines and ensure employee records are up to date
- Assist in communicating and guiding employees about the benefits offered
- Provide general support to the HR/Payroll department
- Conduct onboarding processes and support offboarding processes
- Assist with employee inquiries
- Organize and maintain up-to-date departmental files and documents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Microsoft Office (particularly Excel — basic to intermediate)
- English or Spanish is a plus
